Chicken and pork meat must be cooked thoroughly to prevent getting any illnesses from the meat. Beef can be eaten partially cooked. Raw fish has to be refrigerated below 40 degrees and thoroughly cooled to be eaten. Hoped this answered your question.

I would avoid raw meat since it may contain bacteria, just like deli cuts.
