If you want to lose weight really fast try avoiding the ABCDEFs of dieting.
A - alcohol, B - bread, C - starchy carbs, D - dairy, E - extra fat, F - fruit. This might sound a little too much, but stick with it just for 2 weeks, by then you should have lost between 8 and 15 lbs. You can eat up to 3 tbs. olive oil a day.When saying starchy carbs above I mean you should not eat even whole wheat pasta or whole wheat crackers. You can eat legumes but keep it to just half a cup a meal. If you excersise as well you will look great in a 2 week period. After the 2 weeks just continue to eat healthy - whole grain bread, fruits etc.

Cut down on sugar and fats. This means no: baked goods (cookies, cakes, donuts, etc), white bread, chips (plain corn tortillas should be OK), soda, ice cream, processed meats (hot dogs, sausages, fast food). It's very easy to make these changes. They may seem like a lot, but trust me it isn't. Simply drink water instead of soda. Eat whole grain bread instead of white. Have some frozen yogurt instead of ice cream. Your body will get used to these changes and it will quickly become normal. I believe in a change in lifestyle rather than a diet. Best of luck! :)
Don't eat any white bread/pasta. Go for while grain.
