high folate level and normal B12

My lab results showed vitaminB12 - 297  Folate 11.3  I can not find an answer on any of the websites. What is the danger of 11.3 Folate and what can I do to reduce the numbers?

Your level is within the normal range for Folate. You do not want to reduce the level.
