when people in autumn ,most of them will feel dryness , skin peeled and have hot coppers

why it happen ,because in chinese medicine ,we think autumn is the season of dryness ,check around u side ,u will find in this seaon ,little rain ,most of times is sunshine ,windy ,dryness

so autumn is season of dryness ,and much dryness can hurt the lung ,we think lung concerned much of the skin ,coppers ,cough,and we think the lung is the same channel together with the large intestine,so if the lung has dryness ,the large intestine will also have dryness ,and astriction happened
