hi, previously i was a drug addictor i used phencydyl for aperiod of 4 years after that i used alcohol and alprozolam tablets. so the result is my body become weak i cant walk afewminits ,i am vegterian can any body here suggest me which is best food for me to regain my lost vitality, i was suspecting my libido also so with the help of food can i regain my health,plz suggest me and suggest me some organic foods and medicens

You can also visit your local GNC, Nutrition house, or healthy planet and pick up a tub of whey protein powder. If you want to regain strength and not so big on putting on so much weight than go for something low in carbs, fat, and sugar and go for something like ISO-LEAN. If you want to gain some weight you can go for something like ISO-FLEX, Mamoth3000. Or you can visit your local walmart and pick up a product from wielder called Mega Mass. I believe I saw mega mass 4000, and in 6 cups of this powder you have over 4000 callories. Personally I buy ISO flex. You get (if I remember correctly) 28 grams of protein per scoop, and the callories are not that high. Out of the powders I have used, it does the trick best.
Hi thanx alot for ur advice but i am an indian i think in india those products may not available (i was not checked it).So what i want is from you is how many calories of food that my body presently in need to recover and how many grams of protien that i want to recover from my bad health .i am a vegterian so i dont know any thing about meat and the protein values of non veg food.. and can i go for a gim for my fitness? my friends suggest me dont go for it .it may affect ur heart. the chancess of getting cardiac arrest becoz i have poor muscles and stamina is it ? so if any one from india plz kidly suggest me which organic products are better for me to recover and the best way to recover soon

Hi cheffie thanx alot for ur post ur information on protein rich food. i am good trying hard to comeback from the drug affect in my body. i am living alone not with my parents and i am preparing food my self. in the morning and in the night i used to take the protein powder with milk (protenex by dukes. co) but i think my digestive system is spoiled i am getting motions when i take this powder.i am not taking the tiffen even some times lunch i dont have scope to eat. there is no good hotels around my offiece i am taking some spicy rice . and in the night my dinner is rice,vegitable curry and curd that is my dinner.
i am joined in a jim for fitness my bad luck i cant run even 15 minits on a threadmil.i am not lifiting the weights just small exercises with steam bath thrice in a week.
i dont know how to comeback from the affects of drugs and recently my hair is falling heavily and my hands are shivaring most of the time i am feeling guilty in the offiece .it looks odd.

You are on the right track and I know you will achieve what you desire. Your nausea from the morning drink may be caused by milk or the protein powder. Perhaps you might want to start the morning with a rice and milk soup/cereal. What you can do is take 1/2 your rice from dinner and cook it up in milk - this can be done the night before and eaten in the morning warm or cold. This will fill you up and give you the strength you need for the day. Try and eat at least 5-6 times throughout the day. I would suggest that you eat steamed vegetables or a piece of fruit in between your main meals. This will help you regain your strength. You also need to add supplements(vitamins) to your diet. You have to give your body the boost it needs to recover. When you go to the gym don't worry about anyone else except yourself. If you can only do 15 minutes on the treadmill, thats great! Do that for a whole week every day. Then the following week increase another 2 minutes to 17 minutes. Go everyday for a week and slowly increase your time. Like learning to tie your shoes it takes time to train the body. You will achieve what you desire. I KNOW THIS! So hang in there you are on your way.
Hi,cheffie how ru.thanx for ur reply and your intrest.i am doing good. Daily 1 hour am doing the aerobics in the gym.. After that am taking very little amount of tiffien(some indian food) , sprouts and protein powder with milk.and in the afternoon i am taking very bad lunch(No scope for food) in the night am taking the food prepared with wheatflour.and milk with protein powder apart from this in the evening i am taking the bolied soyabeens seeds and sweet corn.(some body suggested this is high protein food) .i am feeling better when compare with me in the last month.There is a devolopment.but some times i am feeling dizzy in the offiece.i am feeling very tierd (may be of gym).and i am trying stop my smoking also.Daily i pray in front of the god please give me the will power to stop smoking and to over come from the drug abusement and give me good health & life. I hope you'r doing fine and thanx once again for your adivces. From today on words i will impliment add ur suggested food in my timetable. bye........
