Your surgery will not cause these problesm, but the Thyroid can. Get your Thyroid checked, it is a simple blood test. If the test is within normalNormal saline flush limits, but on the low side, look to your diet. Are you consuming any iodine? It is normally in table salt (not chips or salty junk food), cold water oily fish (not fish sticks or canned tuna), and in kelp supplements. If your results are normal, ask your doctor about a supplement and how much you should be taking. You can also see a nutritionist about your diet to make sure it is balanced. If you suspect blood sugar problems, have your your blood sugars (blood test)checked when you have your Thyroid checked.
