I plan on getting prescribed appetite suppressants, along with lipo shot in about a year I plan on having my last child. Will this effect my pregnancy?

I do not recommend any form of appetite suppressants for weight loss due to the harmful medical effects. As far as your liposuction, suggest you wait until after your pregnancy if you still desire to do it.
