If you're physically able, try to increase your exercise. Assuming you're fit, try to do cardio more often and some resistance training on off days. Combine that with cutting simple carbs and you'll get results.
I walk three times a week then I also do a intense workout every other Tuesday but I did slack off a little this week
Eat less pasta, obviously, and less of all simple carbs. If you must eat pasta, eat it once in awhile and eat whole grain pastas such as brown rice pasta or whole spelt pasta. It's the white flour that really gets you. Do you exercise?
