low b12 test results

I recently had my blood work redone and the results came back in the normal range, however, they are low:
B12 is 287
Ferritin 56
Iron 280

I have been diagnosed a year ago with peripheral neuropathy and have been taking b12 injections for about 10 months now. I guess my question is even though my my results are in a normal range couldn't this be the cause of my leg pain and constant fatigue?

I was told that I don't have anemia.. The results above are all that were given to me. I have had  9 B-12 injections and my level was 261 and is now 287... Are Folate levels checked with cbc and iron blood tests?

Fatigue is the major symptom of Vitamin B12 deficiency and all other anemia. Were you also tested for Folate levels? Sometimes Vitamin B12 levels are normal and folate is deficient which is not detected. It is important to get a complete Iron profile blood work so the MD can diagnosis the anemia and you can be treated for it properly.
