If you're 22, you're probably not growing anymore.  Even with more horomones, you probably won't grow.  Sorry.

I think this problem is psychological. You can still be hard and short. Eat as much as you want and take up boxing.

Growth abnormalities can be a birth defect from a parent exposed to 2-butoxyethanol.  AND it does target the pituitary gland.  And any gland, for that matter.

Did you have a parent who was in the Vietnam war or worked as a painter or cleaned a lot?

Of course, you can get your own exposure, so study up on this chemical and learn to avoid it at all costs.

For some of the other things it causes ... mostly autoimmune issues, if not a birth defect from a chemically poisoned parent ... consider the BEST nutrition you can have ... and consider glyconutrients.   Find out about Roger J Williams, Ph.D., who wrote in Nutrition Against Disease,
“The human body heals itself and nutrition provides the resources to accomplish the task.”

A grown man told me this fall, that he started growing again at about 50.  I suspect this chemical's effects in his case as he worked in the textile/carpet industry down south for most of his life.  Not so great in his case, as it is causing his bones to fracture.

How short are you?
