Hi,
I would ask the company about other substances in the calcium. 25% of brands tested were found to have unacceptable levels of lead. We know how poisonous that is!! Don't be fooled by "natural" on the label. Coral, bovine, chelated...all were found to have toxins in the study. (Comparative Guide to Nutrional Supplements)
The brand I mentioned in my earlier post are tested multiple times to ensure they don't have toxins, pesticides, etc. AND, they state the actual amount of Calcium. Most other brands will state the amount of Calcium but as it is with it's "partner". So it isn't the true amount that you are getting. You get less.
hi.. I found a calcium, magnesium supplement that seems good, but it also contains other trace minerals like coper and silica. I am worried about that, are those even good for you?

Hi there,
Just because they are liquid doesn't mean they absorb better. I agree. Usana is the best available. Here is a site where you can sign up as a PC (cheaper than retail by 10%).

I hope it helps!
If you require magnesium, magnesium glycinate is the appropriate form. It doesn't have to be a liquid.
I know that calcium, magnesium and zinc are pretty much good for everything. I would definitely take the Usana Essentials. The whole idea of liquid vitamins working better is pretty much a myth. In theory it sounds good but just because it's a liquid doesn't mean it works better.
