need advice

Having recently joined this app, I have been recommended to eat around 3300+ calories to reach my target weight, however I go to the gym 6 days a week and play football daily also - would this mean I have to eat more calories than suggested as I burn a very large amount daily? Any comments would be highly appreciated.

Target weight is to be around 75 - 80 kg by December next year and yeah I'm aware of a lot of things in terms of age and foods I'm just wondering weather the recommended intake of calories is actually accurate

You don't say anything about your target weight.  I assume you're trying to gain weight, but tell us exactly what you're trying to accomplish.  I'd like to also say that eating a lot to gain weight is fine with the amount of working out you're doing, but keep in mind a lot of the food you're eating isn't very good for you.  Health is still the most important thing.  I'd also say be careful at such a young age when you're body is still developing to overdo both the eating and the exercise.  Do you have a nutrition and fitness coach?
