am 20 yr male weight 44kg..i joined gym to gain weight and due to my very busy schedule i hardly get time to eat food on time so to tackle dtat problem my trainer suggested me weight gainer shake which gves 1200 calories per scoop but i think it dosent work with my system...so what shall i do take another gainer or protein supplement..am vegetarian and might be lactose intollerent

Maybe you should take some health care product which include protein , vitamin ,polyose and other nutritions .
