You may want to take a Vit. B-complex; nervous eye twitching has been linked to a Vit. B deficiency (personal experience). Quote:"Vit. B12 deficiency can cause abnormal gait, chronic fatigue, constipation, depression, digestive disorders, DIZZINESS, drowsiness, enlargement of the liver, EYE DISORDERS, hallucinations, headaches, inflamation of the tongue, irritability, labored breathing, memory loss, moodiness, nervousness, neurological damage, palpitations, pernicious anemia, ringing in the ears and spinal cord degeneration."Unquote.

hi i have a eye condiation none as cone dystrophy and i know there is no treatment for it but can any laser treatment make it go slitely better
Do you have heart palpitations? These can cause you to become magnesium deficient. I had the same problem after surgery. 500 mg. of magnesium/day is helping me some. I took them to help stop the palps, but maybe my nystagmus was caused by low mag as well....I'd try it. It doesn't hurt you, but you might want to see if it's okay for the baby.
