Hi,
I have been having trouble with my weight. I am 19 years old and weight 164 pounds. I have noticed that the past four years I have been gaining some weight each year, but recently this year my doctor told me that i gained 25 pounds. I recently took a thyroid test and it came back normalNormal saline flush. I have been involved in sports, and just feel as if I am gaining weight from everything I eat. Can you help. Thanks
I think the best thing to do with weight loss is actually eat small healthy meals regualarly throughout the day. If you have 2 packets of crisps in a day cutCuts and puncture wounds it down to 1 packet if you have a chocolate bar every day cutCuts and puncture wounds it down to every other day. You only need to make small adjustmentsAdjustment disorder to what you eat to lose weight. It could even be that you use sweetners instead of sugar, have boiled fish instead of fried etc. I think you do gain weight when you exercise because muscle weighs more than fat.
