I do not do sure what you are asking. Both soy and whey are protein sources. We get complete protein from meat, fish, egg, and dairy sources. Incomplete proteins, plant protein, you need to combine grains and nuts / seeds for essential protein have to be used daily such as rice and beans, pasta and beans, nuts to oatmeal, peanut butter and bread, and salad and nuts. such as nuts and beans.
