tired after a good run

im not sure if i am in the right area to send this but i am wondering what i could be doing wrong? i love to run, it just makes me feel so relaxed and invigorated after wards. i know i am dehydrated and hungry soon afterwards and i know that i need to fuel my self with fluids and food within a hour. i cant seem to eat right away because my stomach is so upset and i feel nausea soon after. so i slowly put some food into me and i drink fluids enough slowly too. why am i so tired thoroughout the day afterwards. i am gong to be seeing a nutritionalist to get my diet in balance to what i eat and vs what i workout in.. help anyone!!

Before your run Take 1 medium size banana, 1 tbsp Almond Butter, 3/4 cup orange juice and a dash of cinnamon place in a blender and drink.  After your Run within the first half hour you should have a whey protein drink I suggest it to be Whey Concentrate and not Isolate!  
With your eating disorder yes please see a nutritionist. Please at least make those two drinks and see if it helps and let us know.
