Does this have anything to do with how my liver is processing my blood?

Everything i read says that I am over weight, and un-healthy..  But i am 6'2" I weigh 210lbs body fat is about 15% and I workout 5 days a week.  I can't gain weight so i have to eat 6 times a day to keep my body weight were it is.

How reliable are the test that we take?

Yes, your readings are in the high range. Your body weight numbers do not seem bad to me, so many health articles now-a-days want you to be almost starved to death in order for them to say you are healthy, I disagree totally. Being too thin is not healthy.

As to the numbers indicating poor liver function, well, maybe, but, you would have to have other liver tests to confirm that. These numbers can also be caused by eating lots of refined sugars and carbs, too much red meat, and not taking the right amount of vitamin/mineral supplements. Exercise is important too, but, from what I read, you are doing that already.

The tests are usually pretty reliable, especially if you have been fasting for 12 hours or more, less than that, then they are not as accurate.

Have you heard of fish oil. I take a liquid one and it really helps, you get used to the taste after a while.

Hope this helps.
