underweight
hi im a 20 year old male and i only weigh 7 stone thats under 50kg. i would like 2 know how serious this is and if any1 has any tips on gaining weight. i went 2 my docter but he wasnt much help nd wouldnt put me on anything 2 gain weight

The best way to gain weight is to eat more meals of healthy food, with plenty of protein, and then work out with weights so it turns to muscle and not fat.  Bodybuilders, for example, eat six meals a day to fuel their build-up of mass.

i try 2 eat alot well thts wot i think anyway just sumtimes i dont eat all day until i get home at nite thn thts when ill eat. sum days ill eat wot i consider 2 b alot at my work thn others i wont eat a thing and wen i am eating alot it doesnt seem 2 help me put on any weight atol so i end up giving up. but it really annoys me i get self consious about my weight and i dont like showing my arms or tht because of how skinny i am. i was thinking of getin these 2 see if they help me put on weight let me no wot u think http://www.scientificbiotechnology.co.uk/?gclid=CLrWiIf03aACFd1r4woddBPDCA
