From your measurements, her weight is on the 50th percentile and her height is just above the 50th percentile for her age which indicates she is normal. As a guideline for a 6-8 month old child should eat the following: Breast-milk or Formula (6-8oz) 3-5 feedings a day. Starch 2 feedings a day – Infant Cereal (2-4 Tbsp), Crackers (2). Fruits or Vegetables 1-2 feedings a day – (3-4 Tbsp), Stained meats 1-2 feedings a day (1-2 Tbsp). Try feeding her first baby food before giving her formula, so hopefully she will eat more of the baby food. If she continues to struggle with strained baby foods, suggest getting her evaluated for swallowing/chewing issues, by going to your MD. She may need to learn how to chew and swallow food. Some children just do not know how to do it and need to be taught. They need to learn how to chew and swallow food properly; it is not really an instinct behavior like sucking. Hoped this helped you.

No, there is no wrong in you. try to feed you baby with some fruits like banana, mango and boiled apple.
Mash the fruits nicely before feeding your baby.
