very underweight...pls help!!!!!!

helllo sir...i am a 19 yr old boy..i have been underweight since childhood...but now i feel that i am too underweight compared to boys of my age...i feel awkward to talk to anybody...i think that people avoid me.......i take both veg and non veg in my diet..but there is no change....wat shoud i include in my diet to increase my weight and to look more  healthy and strong...pls help...regards...bye!!!
