wrinkle around eyes

     I am 25 yrs old. Recently I started exercise and dieting. For two weeks I did crash dieting and found that some wrinkles has been appeared under my eyes. Can I remove these premature wrinkles by having good diet or these are permanent now.

By Crash dieting you may be leaving out some core vitamins and minerals needed  to keep skin healthy,

Supplement diet with Vitamins A D  C  E and Omega 3,, Drink alot of water and limit alcohol consumption. Try sleeping more/ no smoking.
I would try this along with some natural based eye creams,,  Dont use creams with too many chemicals.
Im no expert but Im almost sure this will help alot.
