So I tried it anyway and about 1 week with the diet I lost 3 lbs. The week after that, week 2 I lost 7 more lbs thats 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Week 3 I lost 7 more lbs now i'v lost 17 lbs in 3 weeks. Week4 I lost 4 more lbs, thats 21 lbs of pure belly fat and I mean pure belly fat. It worked out great for me but like any other diet the result you get depends on your commitment to the diet and how active you are every day.
