Affraid to eat!

Affraid to eat!

I am doing so good now that I am actually affraid to eat! I have went to oranges, apples, pineapples, fresh veggies and boiled beans for the most part. I do slip up but the next day I am affraid to eat anything.

My question is; how little food can my body survive on without causing any adverse reactions?

Ok, I have had this same problem and this morning it did me in.  The less you eat the less you will lose. I know it does not make sense, but when you don't eat the amount of food your body needs to function your body will then swith into starvation mode. Instead of buring fat it will actually take what you do give it and store it.

So now your going to say but you just lost 2lb in two days, how did it do you in? I have been pushing my body to the limit working out at the gym 2 times a day. 4 miles in the morning and then sitting and sweating my *** off in a sauna at night in sweat pants. I have not been eating really anything and it became a problem this morning. I to was afraid to eat. I got up this morning and I was so tired and when I stood up I felt sick to my stomach and dizzy. I decided oh my blood sugar is probably just low i'll go to the store and get some OJ and maybe that will help. I am not diabetic so I just thought maybe some OJ would help. I then decided to go to my grocery shopping. Don't forget I ate nothing this morning. I litterally passed out in the store! So please don't be afraid to eat and don't stop eating because that's how eating disorders are formed. If you need any advice on diet, excersize let me know and I will help how I can.

Thanks for that advice Sherry! I did start to feel dizzy when I would get up from a sitting position! Now I know why :)) I truly don't think I will get anorexia! I love food too much :))
My eating disorder is just plain eating too much!! I am slowly learning how to eat the right proportions but it is an extremely slow process and I am a person that looks for instant gratification! Have to train myself not to expect too much or outrageous goals, setting myself up for failure.
I may have to look you up for some advice on the exercise though!
