Well the treatment of ocd consists of medication and cognitive behavior therapy. you just cannot stop these thoughts, more you try to stop them more repetitive they will become. you will have to consult a psychiatrist and psychologist for medical help.

you can also take help from the book "Overcoming Obsessive Thoughts: How to Gain Control of Your OCD", this is a very good book for pure o sufferers like you and me.

hocd is a type of ocd called as homosexual ocd, in hocd people experience intrusive thoughts doubting their sexuality, do they like men or get aroused by men. These thoughts strike them repetitively and they obsess and ruminating.
