Perfectionism, procrastination, anxiety, ocd

Hi,

I hope that someone in this forum will be able to provide his advice or experience or knowledge.

I am 25 years old, student in university, on my way for my first degree.

My problem is very difficult, it has started since I was in late stage of elementary school and it continue with e to high school and to the university where I study today.

The problem is that many fears who are often stronger than me just put me under great fears and do not late me focus and doing the study work that I have to do.

I have to check things many many times, within time I had developed procrastination.

I have no problem to do the works from any point of understanding or knowing the stuff, but task which take 30 min for another student can take days for me, so frustrating.

I have tried CBT until 1 year ago without any significant help. I have also tried Recital until few months ago which also didn’t help. Now I am trying Prozac for about 1 month and I don’t feel any change until now.

I would be happy if there are people here in this forum who can help, someone who experience similar problems, or maybe be someone with knowledge and / or experience with these kind of problems.
