ADHD/OCD/Anxiety

I'm hoping someone here can help, perhaps a Ph.D. or someone with knowledge/experience of medicines--

I have been diagnosed ADHD since I was a little kid (early grade school) and diagnosed with social anxiety at 17yrs old (towards the end of high school). I've been on and off multiple medicines for both (I've been on 5-10 different drugs; see my personal feedback below on some of the meds if you are interested in that information).  I also very much think I have OCD.

I am now taking adderall only--it helps the ADHD but not perfectly and not fully. I'm still struggling with the anxiety and OCD. It also feels like adderall is a "force-fix" for the focusing but this is probably due to its characteristic of being a stimulant.

With that little bit of background, here is my request--

I don't want to be taking two or three different medicines for the disorder(s)--Is there any one medicine (an "all-in-one" medicine) that has been known to help with symptoms of ADHD, OCD and Anxiety (or for disorders that could be confused with the symptoms of these three)?

I just very recently read that Guanfacine (brand name Tenex, and the extended release Intuniv) may be something I could be looking into...do you have any other suggestions for drugs I should look into/research and mention to my doctor???

Please HELP!!! any useful input is VERY much appreciated!!

My feedback and experience with meds
================================

Social anxiety:
I first tried Paxil (high school) and that worked pretty good for the social anxiety. I was taken off of Paxil after 1-2yrs. 2-3 years later I started voicing my problems again with anxiety and I was put on Zoloft (college). After several months, Zoloft was still not working and was stopped. My doctor suggested going back on Paxil (post-college). So I started Paxil again, however, the Paxil had no effect this time around (I guess I used my one and only "get out of jail free" card!!). I pretty much gave up getting help after the Paxil didn't work. That was 2 years ago. It's very frustrating. I also try HTP-5 and St John's Wart when I was not on any other anxiety meds (both during different time periods; not together). I did not notice either of them having any beneficial effect for me.

ADHD:
Ritalin--took it when I was younger, it worked ok but not great, similar to adderral, felt like a forced fix to my focusing problems
Strattera--worked slightly for hyperness but not at all for focus, I had semi-serious side effects that made me have to stop taking it
Concerta--did not work
Adderrall--taking now, works ok but not great (however, it works the best out of all meds that I've tried for ADHD)
