ANXIETY METHADONE OCD

this is a winge, i just cold turkey of 40 mg methadone, no problems there im hard as nails, but the whole time ( not suprising ) i had ZERO anxiety, now the done had well and truely worn off, i got anxiety times ten, if ******* pisses me off no end, its cool i got some valium but im a mathematician i cant live on valium and they would rather me on methadone ( **** that **** is evil ). im ******* worn out with anxiety it makes me useless i cant sit still i cant ******* do anything except exist, and doctors have no idea what its like.Im ******* jumping onto luvox next week, that **** calms me down, sorry to ***** people but im almost pulling my hair out ( not literally ). Thanks for listenting eh

  Hey brother I know what you are going through I have never been on methadone but I am currently withdrawing from Ativan and it's no joke... Just try to find something that relaxes you... Deep Breathing, good movie, music...

   I know how much anxiety *****, but it is in no comparison to withdrawal...
