Changes in your OCD Theme

I was diagnosed with OCD back in  1989 at 17 yrs old my fear was HIV infection. I got tested and it was negative and you know that doesn't mean anything when you have OCD. This fear lasted untill 2004.

In 2003 my OCD fear became going to Hell. This lasted until 2006. (The cure was I stopped caring.)

I was dealling pretty good for the last 5 years with minor germ, hand washing. Nothing life altering.

Now I'm obsessesd with HOCD.

Hopw many other people with long term OCD have had total theme changes. Like today I could careless about HIV, Hell or germs.
