Chews on tongue
My daughter is 14 years old and she chews her tongue like she is chewing gum. She has been doing this since before she had teeth. How can I help her stop.

Hi there.  I can't say whether or not your daughter has OCD but there are repetitive things that people do to relieve stress without really realizing it.  At this point I'm sure the tongue chewing has become a habit but the good news is that habits can be broken with the right help.  Seek out the help of a child psychologist and I'm sure she will then be on the path to putting this behind her.
