Compulsive Masturbation

I'm 16 years old and have a problem. 6 months ago after some life stresses, my anxiety shot up. I couldn't eat for a few days, and soon couldn't sleep. That's when I noticed a new problem arise. Keep in mind I have been diagnosed with OCD. Every time I tried to go to sleep in my room, I couldn't, and would soon find myself compulsively masturbating. I've been doing it at bed time for a while, but I had no control over it. After a few times, I gave up and went to sleep on the floor in my parent's room. The anxiety and compulsive need to masturbate immediately went away. So here's my dilemma, I haven't been able to sleep in my own room for the past 6 months. Every time I try, I end up compulsively masturbating, and it literally scares me because I have no control over it. Is this an OCD thing? Is it something else? It's worth mentioning I've had some episodes of what experts are calling "Sleep Sex".

re arrange your room. try masturbating at normal times and only a few times a week. you CAN control it. im bad ocd. but i recently stopped straightening pictures and all the other rituals ocd ppl do. its hard but you can overcome it.
