Counting and triangles?

I'm 15 and just started driving. I've had a really bad habit of counting the white lines until they get to 100 (and then starting over) since I was 9 or 10. Now that I'm driving, I count them and I can't focus. A couple of times my mom has had to pull the wheel towards her because I was focusing on counting the lines on the road rather than what is in front of me. I've lost track of my speed, ran a stop sign, and even nearly hit someone on a bike because of it. The times that I have tried to break my habit in the car I get very irritable and fussy and that effects my driving almost the same way.

Also, I see a triangle shape or the capital letter A in nearly everything. And if it's not there, I make it there by changing my perspective, closing one eye, tilting my head, using my fingers, etc. It's annoying. That's not as bad as the counting problem but I'm tired of it. It makes me uncomfortable and unfocused.
