Hi, glad to see this forum and posts here are really helpful.
I have already posted my scenario to another forum and everybody told me its IMPOSSIBLE, ZERO RISK......But in last days I was looking for every minute things happening in my body, and did vigorous search about ARS symptoms.....and I feel like they are happening in my body

My incident (in chronological order), which happened 2 months ago:

1. A CSW touched her vegina lips and clitoris with her fingers( for few about 10 seconds)
2. I touched her vegina lips with my finger ( for about 10 seconds)
3. There was no visible fluid on her vegina lips but lips were moist.
4. I wiped out my finger against her Thigh
5. she picked some clothes (though not visible fluid on her fingers, but even if tiny was there, it must have been wiped out??)
6. My and her fingers touched my Penis (for about 10 seconds). There might have been contact between Penis tip and fingers for a couple of seconds.
7. After 10 minutes of all this, I masturbated myself with my own hand (same hand with which I touched her vegina). (if there was any fluid in my finger, it must have been dried within these 10 minutes??)

But inspite of googleing every bit of fact and information about hiv and I sometimes indulge in irrational thoughts.......

How much risky is the activity I described above?

Many Thanks

E

You have not been ill advised.  From what you have written you have zero risk.  But here's the thing, if this is going to bug the crap out of you for the foreseeable future, why not just get tested so you can see the negative result with your own eyes.  What you are doing is obsessing about this and trying in vain to prove or disprove your irrational thoughts.

Sometimes, we need to resolve the irrational thought before we can move on.  In your case, while I do not even remotely think you need an HIV test, it may be the only way for you to get past this.  When we are stuck in this irrational thinking cycle we become hypervigilent about our bodies.  Things that would normally go unnoticed before are now an ominous sign.

Google is great for some things but for an anxious irrational thinking person, it is the enemy.  You get everything including the kitchen sink and it just makes things more confusing.  So try to stay away from the HIV googling and decide how you are going to take back your life.
