Help I am scarred and full of infected scabs

I had or possibly still have bedbugs.I repeatedly get bit and it's usually in rows of three and I scratch til they bleed.. This is been ongoing for years now. As no matter where I live there's bedbugs that bite there. I have hundreds and hundreds of scars and at any given time etleast two hundred (no exageration) fresh bites that I constantly pick. When my skin feels itchy I screamed it until it bleeds. Than it scabs and I pick pick pick I can't stand any bit of unevenness in my skin so I pick and pick even at the point of pain and dripping blood. The usual scab takes two to three months to go away and it's usually a deep crater with a scar. They are mainly on my shoulders back head neck but occasionally on my legs and buttocks. Help any medicine that I can take? I am saving all my scabs in a container in which I carry with me wherever I go. Have thousands of saved scabs. There's a few microscopic bugs in the container too. I don't know what they are. Maybe baby bedbugs hatch

What available meds are there for picking scabs repeatedly and saving them in a container I carry with me everywhere I go.. I have thousands of scars on top of scars some with deep craters. There's got to be a medication that helps stop this destruction of the skin on an otherwise very pretty girl.
