How to put this behind me? Exposure?

So i was at a dinner party couple weeks Ago.. and in the end at the party a person started hugging everyone. The person was wearing glasses while hugging and i could feel a heavy scratch against My cheeck and ear when the person hugged me. I went to the bathroom shortly afterwards to check if i got any bleeding wounds from this but it appeared as if there were no damage done. It was kind of Hard to see,.However im now convinced i exposed myself to a chance of catching hiv. Also the person hugged me lastly of all other People (10ish) and that does not help My ocd, thinking that someone else was hurt and i got their blood inside me. Insert question here.

Most thankful for the help. merry christmas!

Hi there....you cannot contract HIV in this manner.  You first need to educate yourself on the ways that HIV is transmitted.  Unprotected sex with an HIV positive person, IV drug use where the needles are shared, inadvertent needle stick from an HIV patient.  HIV isn't easy to get and people don't realize that.  HIV does once it comes into contact with the air.  Now if you were an EMT and you stuck yourself with a needle from an HIV patient, you would have less than a 1% chance of becoming HIV positive...that is how hard it is to get.  When you mentioned exposure therapy what did you have in mind?  Have you seen a psychologist for this?  I did exposure therapy...sat in an AIDS clinic at a hospital on my lunch hour for several weeks....it worked.  I don't fear HIV at all.
