I can't even study!

Good day I have a roomate that studied nursing,she seems to dislike me for some reason!the other day I found red marks on my toes right after bathing I immediately got freaked out that its needle marks but they we're soo tiny I wiped them of and it was like wiping off red pen marks soo I forgot about it!last nyt I accidentally kicked our rubbish bin then I saw a test,it was a pregnancy test soo I'm like okay then I start really freaking out that why is she testing for pregnancy then I found an hiv test now the thing is the results only had one line and it was on the T and 1 soo I started researching what that means n it turns out positive is lines on both t and c but this one is only on T!I started thinking that maybe the marks I saw werr from an injection thinking maybe she deliberately infected me but then I thought wouldn't I feel the injection,even though I think it happened while I was sleeping?I mean I walk with my toes and there was no pain until I saw the marks then I started convincing myself that there is pain!could I have been injected and not felt it at all?

Ahhhh....good idea to go back on your meds.  I'm sure they worked for you before and I'm glad you made an appointment.  Too many people don't take the actual steps necessary to get better.  Good luck and do keep us posted on your positive progress!

Thank you soo much I have already made an appointment for this coming thursday to go see the therapist I have been seeing for a while now!and I am going back on my medication tomorrow!thank you very much hope ill get over this before the year ends soo I can get my degree! Thank you for. All the help you provide to everyone!

You need to see a psychologist and finally get treatment for the OCD.  You could even start with a campus counselor.

That's my problem she doesn't really talk to me I'm the one always talking to her soo asking something like that I wouldn't even know how to start and I'm afraid it would actually push her to do something to me!iv been struggling with ocd for 3years now iv been tested 3times for hiv even though I'm a virgin!I just keep obssesing about it and it makes it hard to study coz I think why study if I won't even have a future!now everything I go through leads to me thinking I have hiv regardless of what does and doesn't happen!I'm tired of jepordising my life and not being happy unless someone reassures me which in itself only lasts for a while then I'm back to my cycle!I wash my hands all the times can't touch doorknobs and I'm suspicious of everyone!

Hi there.  Honestly I think you would know if somebody stuck you with a needle.  Think about getting your blood drawn.  Is there any mistaking that somebody just poked you with a needle?  It hurts and it bleeds.  

Why don't you have a conversation with your roommate?  Ask her what the tests were in the trash can.  See what she says.
