OCD is a nightmare. I know. I have it also and it has really taken its toll on me and my life. I feel your pain.

There's no way someone can get pregnant from your semen unless you have sex with them or manually insert your semen in their vagina. It cannot go through your clothing. It would become soaked in the clothing material where the semen would quickly die.

Relax and stop worrying. It's impossible.
