Is this ocd or not

     I was wonder if the following thoughts are OCD and if they are not what are they.  My own mind becomes the enemy.  When I become aware of something I do not want to become aware of then all that I become aware of is the annoying thought.  Examples are eye blinking and swallowing.  I become aware each time I swallow or blink my eyes and no matter how much I try not to become aware I can't avoid being aware when I swallow and blink my eyes.  This fear comes and goes but the swallowing aspects seems like I am forever aware to some degree.  Other thoughts are all of a sudden I might not be able to laugh or sneeze.  I get a fear that I can't and then I don't.  I don't seem to have any compulsions or reactions to these thoughts like having to wash my hands, clean the house etc.  Please respond because I feel alone here.  I feel not quite ocd but yet I definitely have something.

hi i dont think thats ocd my patner has it reall bad i look after him 24/7. am not sure wat it is a think your working your brain to much cos your thinkin about it all the time witch is why your awear off doing it, have u tried taking your mind off the situation it might help lol x
