I've become obsessed with him cheating on me, and I have OCD

I'm diagnosed with OCD, I take 10 mg of Luvox a day.  I used to have horrible BDD but I've pretty much recovered from that with cognitive therapy (i'm still in it).  Anyway, recently the guy in my life got back together with me after a 3-month break, caused by long distance (we are no longer long distance).  He told me that when we were apart, he slept with another girl.  I did the same thing with another guy, and we were not together, so technically he did nothing wrong.  But I am obsessed with intrusive thoughts that he still has feelings for her.  I don't want to bug him anymore.  I suppose I should just stop talking about this with him altogether, but it's so hard because every day I see new "signs" that something is still going on and I don't want to be a chump.  She lives nowhere near us, but I just worry that there is some sort of emotional affair going on.  How do I kick this obsession for good?
