Memmory last after ECT

HELLO.
             I am male of 50 years having OCD since childhood but more prominent since last 20 years.
for this purpose, i did ECT according to my doctor advice in 199 and tried many related drugs but recently using
prothiadin 150mg and Flexutin 60mg.Now the problem i facing is of memmory loss.specially new memmory.my old memmory is better then my new memmory. also my memmory weakens for several days after sexual intercourse. Now my questions is that,
Q.1 Wether the memmory loss is due to ECT, OCD, old age, drugs OR genetical?????????????????
Q. 2 what is the possible solution of this case????
