OCD/HIV

I have been plagued by an irrational fear of HIV and so I do stupid things. several days ago I saw fresh urine on a public toilet, I wiped it with paper but it i was afraid it touchedmy finger. Got so freaked I went to another toilet that a flush problem, forgot to flush it, and had urine in the bowl. Had diahreaha and the urine left in the bowl bounced up into my rectum... So Iam afraid as I wiped myself I rubbed the urine with possible virus into my rectum. I know this is absureded but I need someone to allay my fears until I can get treatment for OCD. Thank you in advance for your support and commemts. Please reasure me that you cannot get HIV from this !!! Please advise on how to rectify this situation !!!
