OCD Racing, Repeating thoughts/Bedridden with MS
I am alone in bed 24/7. I am 47.I have nothing but time on my hands and a mind that spins for hours at a time. This happens 2 to 3 times a day. Once I had 1 1/2 days that I was spared. I had myself convinced that it was over. Is there anyone else with racing thoughts who needs someone to talk to? I'm desperate
It sounds like you are bed ridden and seeing a psychologist may not be feasible for you. Here are a couple of books that I suggest to people:
