OCD is back and am scared to go back on zoloft.
am 21 male. when i start taking zoloft when i was 17 and stop taking it 8 months ago. Now my OCD is back. i feel like i havfe to cut the grass all the time, cause the grass somehow hunts me like its not perfect and it bothers me its hard to explain. i was on 25mg zoloft for a week then 50mg for 2 years then 100mg for less then a year and i decided to stop taking it, because i start having this weird foggy, dizzy,scared to pass out feeling and i want to go back on it, but am really scared to do so.
i agree with purellgirl, i'm also on zoloft but i'd try talking to your dr about taking something that doesnt give you those side effects

I am currently on Sertraline, the generic form of Zoloft, so I know what some of the side effects can feel like.
As for the medication, did your doctor or psychiatrist prescribe it to you? Whicever it was, perhaps you could discuss going on a different type of medication and see how that goes. It may work better for you because everyone is different.
