OCD is going crazy

I've had OCD for years it usually last a month and go away for a long time. In the last week I've had fears of getting deathly sick.
I've had anxiety this week has been from

Mold
Bleach inhalation
Cancer
Heart attack(on a monitor for my heart, ekgs all niorn they think it's from my gerd but wanna be safe.)
Radiation cancer risk from a ct scan I had 6 years ago.
And today I was doing laundry and my gfs a nurse and I smelled her scrubs to see if they were clean and I started freaking out about what could have been on the scrubs I've read (Cdiff and some MRSA/staph and god knows what else.

I've suffered from pocd, hocd fear of HIV and fear someone would kill me. I've never been medicated but I think it's time.

did you take cognitive behavior therapy?does exposure and response was part of it?if no then you should go for these therapies.if yes then might be you have not completed you homework or you made exit from therapy. It could be possible that therapist was not experienced enough.so try again for cognitive behavior therapy with some other therapist.

It has been researched that combination of (therapy+medication )is best method to tackle ocd, so please consult a psychiatrist for medicine.
