OCD or ED?

Me and food do not get along.

First of all, I count calories like crazy, and if I don't count the calories I'm taking in, I get all anxious about it and quickly find the nearest possible thing to workout with to burn off what I just ate. I am always looking at the nutrition labels and tracking my daily intake using an online calorie counter.

Along with the calorie counter, I also do a very strange thing with the food I eat. I first choose what three things I want to eat, and prepare them all seperatly. I then eat each piece of the meal seperatly before moving onto the next one. For example, if I was having a breakfast of eggs, bacon, and pancakes (something I'd never ever have), I would put some pancakes on a small plate, eat them as slowly as possible, then move onto the eggs, and finally the bacon. Before each serving, I make sure the size is close to that on the nutrition label so I can keep a better track of what I'm eating. Dessert and snacks are off limits, I do not like messing up the general rhythem of the food I'm taking in my eating more food.

Please, someone tell me if I need help - this has affected my life in so many ways - especially my relationship with my friends and family.
