Paxil and sexual side effects

I have been on Paxil 20mg for 3 months now and since the end of the very first week I have become totally unable to achieve orgasam. (either alone or with my partener)  I am a 41 year old female and it's not that sex is the most important thing in our relationship but it is a very important part of our bonding and sharing that closeness together. Our relationship is only 2 years old and sex is still a big part of us.  I have always enjoyed our sex life but now I can't even find the desire  and can't reach orgasam in any way.  It's not only not fair to him but I am having a lot of trouble dealing with it.  I can fake it with him but it doesn't do anything to make me feel any better.  The Paxil seems to really be helping me feel better in regards to my OCD and anxiety but I can't take the side effects anymore.  I did some research and read that Welbutrin has been added to Paxil with good results in reversing the sexual side effects of many SSRI's but it seems that it works better for people that are taking drugs such as Paxil for depression rather then OCD or anxiety.  I have a Dr. appointment on Feb. 15 and am thinking of asking him if he would add Welbutrin to my routine.  I HAVE  to do something or I am going to have to stop the Paxil all together.  Is there anything besides Webutrine that is better to combine with SSRI's for people with OCD and anxiety to get rid of the horrible sexual side effects?  Oh, and I was on Zoloft prior to Paxil for 3 weeks and had the exact problem.  Please help...
