Pregnancy thoughts

Ok first of all I suffer from major ocd and anxiety. I over worry allot. Pregnancy is one of my main fears. I'm still a virgin, not very educational in that section because I fear it so much I try to avoid it.  Here's my worry ...

I was gonna do laundry and I went to go separate the clothes and I touched a shirt with kinda wet stain. I didn't think much of it but later I went to the bathroom and when I came back to put a load in a saw the shirt I touched and the stains were white. I did go into a panic because sperm immediately came to mind. I do live with my brother, dad and mom.

So I keep thinking what if when I wiped it got on my vagina and pregnancy is gonna happen.

I cant get this thought out of my mind. I go crazy and cry thinking about it. I should of never agreed to do laundry ... now it's all I've been thinking about.

I know you might say I'm stupid and I'm no troll! But I really do suffer with these thoughts :(

Hope I get an answer soon. I've just really been freaking out. I don't have anyone to vent to i just take these pills that are supposed to help.

Please any advice would be great.

I think everything has sperm. Im at a Graduation party now and I went to the bathroom and saw liquid on my underwear, could be my pee but then again my mind wonders. I automatically think what if it's sperm and I'm going to get pregnant. Like what if a boy went to the girls restroom. I can't rest  :(

I'm taking zoloft. I've been on it for 5 months. 9 these thoughts won't stop. I feel like I'm goiing crazy :(

Why would I think you are a troll?  And I believe you do suffer from this thought but what you have to realize is that saying "I should of never agreed to do laundry" is really not the correct statement in this case.  What are you going to do...not do laundry the rest of your life or avoid using the bathroom?  

The reality is that this thought is an irrational one.  I have lived with men when in college, shared the restroom, etc.  The fact is you are not going to get pregnant this way.  It is not going to happen.

What "pills" are you taking and who is prescribing them to you?  How long have you been taking them?
