Wondering if I'm at risk for Hiv or if I'm just full of anxiety or ocd

I recently was at a bar with some friends and I drank too much and blacked out. I was told that I got into a fight with them and I socked my best friend in the face and that's something I would NEVER do. Then I was told I left them and they found me about 45 mins later in a riverbed. The next morning I realized that my belt was missing from my pants and then when I went to urinate my Penis had a strong odor that smelled like a urinal at a dirty bar. I never smell like this. I know this might sound crazy but because my belt was missing and the odor i was afraid since I was blacked out and didn't know what I was doing I possibly had unprotected sex with a homeless lady in the riverbed.
That is also something I would never do. Ive always had fear and anxiety about getting hiv so Idk if this is just another one of those moments or I possibly could have done something like this. I would really appreciate everyones feedback on their take on this. I feel like I need them. The days have been horrible and full of anxiety and depression. It's hard to get thru the days. I can't sleep I can't eat. If something like this would be possible when is the soonest I can get a hiv test cuz I definitely can't take this. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I don't know the current tests out there and how reliable they are for early diagnosis.  Someone on the HIV prevention forum may know though.  Since you obviously have HIV anxiety (similar to OCD but not the same), I still suggest you see a psychologist.  I had a fear of HIV as well in the midst of all my other irrational thinking and I did exposure therapy where I sat in an AIDS clinic in a hospital across from where I work.  I did this for about two weeks....I don't worry about HIV anymore.  In fact I donate blood regularly, have no problems with needles.  The best thing to do is to get educated about HIV transmission.  Yes unprotected sex is a transmission route but that scenario is only true if the person you have sex with is HIV positive.

Here is a useful website of facts about HIV.

Since I don't know you at all, I cannot really give you constructive feedback other than to say that a negative HIV test at 3 months is a true negative.  If you are struggling with crippling anxiety, then you should make an appoinement with your gp at least but preferably a psychologist.

All I can say is with certainty that in a sober conscious state of mind I would never do that. I'm not even the type to hook up with a girl at a bar without getting to know her because of fear of getting hiv. I just can't answer why my belt was missing and all that. My friend said I was gone for 45 mins and I talked to them twice on the phone for 6 mins on each phone call. I just hope I'm being paranoid. I read online that I could get a pretty accurate result at 6 weeks, is this correct?
