am i straight or in denial?

Ok so i had a bad spike i havent masturbated at all due to ocd and i had the urge to masturbate i tried to look up online how to quit masturbating but the urge was so strong i had to so i imagined a vagina instead an intrusive thought tried popping up but i ignored it and imagined a women but that womens face turned into a mans and i still ejaculated and now im looking back telling myself did i masturbate to a guy and her body turned kind of into a mans but i ignored it and now im thinking did i really just masturbated into a mans and i still keep believing im straight but nnow im telling myself what if im in denial?

I can't diagnose you on the forum.  All I can tell you is that this is a very, very common thought for people that suffer from OCD.  In fact, if I had to pick a number one thought people get stuck on, HOCD would be it.  Ideally you should see a psychologist so that you can be properly diagnosed and a treatment plan put in place.  You don't say how old you are.  Are you a juvenile and if so, can you talk to your parents?  If you are over 18, do you have access to a psychologist via insurance?
