fear of bad things happening

So I have a lot of anxiety, i have an intense fear of bad things happening. first off, i left my keys in my apartment door one night and the girl on my floor, told me the next morning she was knocking on my door to let me know. I'm worried someone on my floor might have came inside while i was sleeping and injected me with Aids/Hiv, if other people were in my situation would they have this fear also? or is this irrational, would you get tested if you were in this situation? Along with that i have obsessions that pop up in my mind, for instance i am a little overweight and my Dr told me i should loose a little weight. But I cant because every week i try to start the diet, I get a obsession an example would be: If you start your diet this week then you will get a girlfriend that you really like and give her aids and ruin her life and her parents life and her family will hate you, or you will have to break up with your girlfriend because you will get diagnosed with aids, and when you break up with her she won't ever understand why you broke up with her and you will be alone and depressed your whole life and she will go on and marry someone else. Another example would be if start your diet this week you will get aids from a hidden needle some time in your life. I get these thoughts about other things to not just one particular thing, like bad things happening to other people because of me  an accident etz. are these thoughts normal or are they irrational?

Who would honestly try to come and inject you with HIV/AIDS? I have never heard of that happening in the history of AIDS since the 80s. People aren't out to get you, everyone goes about their own life, they care about themselves too much. Now, the whole thing about you giving aids to someone. You don't even have HIV/AIDS, and if it makes you feel better go get tested for it. Take your thoughts one step at a time. You need to lose weight to get a girlfriend? Lose the weight, THEN worry about getting a girlfriend, once you have a girlfriend, go both get tested for any STD's.

You're being really paranoid. Start questioning ANY NEGATIVE THOUGHTS. Like the ones you have listed, negative thoughts only bring you down, and they are ALL delusional.

If it never gets better go see a psychologist, could be anxiety problems, OCD, or paranoid schizophrenia. Don't get paranoid about what mental health problems you may have either, this does not help with anxiety. You have no mental health problems right now because you haven't been officially diagnosed.

I hope this has helped.

HUGE TYPO UP THERE

If it gets WORSE, go see a psychologist. I didn't mean to say better, haha.
If what I said helps you and you get better, you're straight. You just kind of needed a wake-up call to tell you that those delusional thoughts are ********, and they are completely possible to the most sanest people on Earth, so you're not alone.
